Here are the basic rules of SEXOMAT that apply to dating, amateur and professional users (private, escort, etc.).1. Registration, profile name
a) Only the age of majority may register.
b) Company registration may be carried out only by persons of legal age who have been authorized by the proflu owner for this activity.
c) The profile name (user name) may have any original wording except for trademarks and publicly known names.
(d) The use of nicknames evoking a minor (for example Lucy17) is not permitted.
e) We reserve the right to add verification of your registration if necessary.
f) We reserve the right to refuse any registration without giving any reason.
2. Photos and videos
Eroticism and pornography are allowed , but it has its rules:
a) Introductory profile and advertisement photos may not contain pornography.
b) In the introductory profile photographs and advertisements you can have, for example, the whole body of the profile in an erotic pose, or any neutral photo.
c) Any permitted erotic or pornographic content is allowed in profile photo galleries and video gallery.
d) Only you can be in the photos. Anyone else in the photos must not be.
e) In photos you can prevent face recognition by digital effect, mask or hand. Nor does it matter if your head is not visible in the photo.
f) No other commercial brand must be evident and dominant in the photographers.
g) Photographs of drugs, weapons, violence must not be part of your galleries. Similarly, they are not allowed to be promoted - not even in text.
h) Photographs with contact information (address, telephone, email…) are prohibited.
ch) Photographs taken without the permission of the subject (eg bystanders) are not allowed.
i) Any copyright photos (for which you do not have the copyright) are not allowed. Our administrator will ask you to prove if we have any doubts about a particular photo.
j) Photos modified with various digital filters are allowed, but it is up to the administrator to approve and publish a particular photo.
k) The administrator rejects the photo if he finds that the photo is digitaly edited too much and it is not evident that it is about you or very poor quality or otherwise unsuitable.
l) Your face may or may not be in your photos. It is up to you how you decide.
m) Cartoon avatars are not allowed.
3) Textual content
a) Do not use hateful or other negative manifestations
b) Do not use texts to promote brands
c) Do not use "asfasdfasdfa" type texts if you do not know how to fill in your profile.
d) Do not use information about your place of residence, contacts, etc. in the texts.
e) All texts and descriptions you include in your profile are controlled by the administrator.
4) Hateful, racist or other similar manifestations
Any negative speeches against an individual or group of users on our portal will result in your profile being blocked.
The above rules are not universal and will be continually supplemented and modified to ensure our users comfortable and undisturbed use of SEXOMAT.
